PS4 Pro has no sound after I stepped away for a few minutes

I just stepped away from my PS4 and I came back to no sound on my Pro. I've changed HDMI and tried a few other things but nothing. I have a PSVR hooked up as well. When I hook my headset in my controller I can still here sound. Any suggestions?
