How the hell do you use TER?

So, could someone with more experience with this matter write a tutorial on how to use TER as a provider? I've been clicking through their site for hours and I can't figure out how to do half the shit I figure I should be able to do.

I'm not even sure my reviews are linked to my own TER account! How do I show that I'm online? How do I get to my profile without having to search for it in the search engine? HELP!
