Buying gun tomorrow , just moved

I am going to buy a LCP 2 tomorrow however besides emailing the local sheriff about my address change I don't have an ID with my current address. I live in Ohio will this be a problem and do I need to get a new license/CCW before I can purchase another firearm ?
