Looking for burn treatment tips

So, I got fairly drunk on VDay and cooked for myself at home after I got off. Scored myself a nice 2nd degree because I forgot that I had put my pans in the oven.

Normally I wouldn't care since I've had them this bad before, but I've got a huge fucking blister on the palm of my working hand. It kind of sucks. Any legit ideas on how I can keep it recovering, and also sanitary?
