MS in marketing.

Hello I am looking into graduate programs. I have a psychology degree and have been bartending/bar management for the last 10 years. I want to break away and ultimately work for myself. I'm great at talking to people but I do not want to work in sales. What is the value of a MS in marketing and what jobs and salary could I expect upon graduation?
