Calculating Average MW?

I know how to find the molecular weight, but I'm not sure how to find the average MW of NaHCO3. Completing a postlab report where we did titrations and pressure changes to compile a data table with temperature, volume, pressure, uncertainties, etc. Just need someone to point me in the right direction because I feel like I must be overlooking something simple >.<;
