Where to get a Z87 ITX motherboard?

Long story short, I have a ASRock Z87E-ITX that's on the fritz due to damage from a failed water block. I can't really find something comparable that's not obscenely expensive.

Anyone know of a compatible ITX motherboard readily available with an msata compatible slot? I'd rather not have to replace the cpu (4670k) and ram and ssd when they're all working fine.
