Is TOTY Eric Berry worth the upgrade from 94 Sean Taylor?

Currently have 94 overall Sean Taylor and was looking to upgrade to Berry purely for the BHx2 chem, but ive also heard good things about him as well. Is he worth the 100k upgrade?
