Which artifacts for fresh cw?

I made a new class the SW its almost level 70 ive got enough AD to buy stuf. When i looked at mmo minds for the SW it only showed BiS items, while i can buy some Artifacts from AH as mentioned in the guide. But i cant use orcus or the weapon set from the guide.

Would the startee fire artifact weapon set be good enough to start of with? If i were to make this legendAry.

Lostmauth set good for SW?

And are the cheaper varients of bondings/vorpal or dread worth using?

Or you recommend pour all AD into bondings?

Thx
