season 4 duo

i just recently switched to pc from xbox where i was consistently around mid diamond but i had a duo partner (irl friend). im comfortable with the pc controls and im ready for season 4 but i need help finding a duo partner seeing as my friend is still on xbox.id rather not solo que at all if possible this season. im realistically only trying to get to high plat maybe very low diamond since its my first season on pc and im still adjusting. so my question to you guys is: how do i find a reliable duo partner? not someone who is going to carry me but just someone who is realiable and flexiable.
