Tracking App for BMs and Symptoms?

Just recently I realized how handy a tracker for my bowel movements would be. I could easily look and see what days I was worse and when I was better. Bonus points if it provides a line graph!

Does anyone know of an app that lets you do something like this (for Android, of course)?
