What will happen to the SC movement in the age of Trump?

On one hand you have supposedly small and libertarian party in the Congress and Senate so the SC lose the arguement that the "govt is controlled by the cabal", "it's all rigged", "tyrrany" etc

On the other hand Trump is going to increase the staff of ICE and strengthen the regulation and their power to check on illegal immigration. This would mean ICE checks within the border of the US and more emboldened ICE officers. Will we actually see more of the "refuse to give id" /arrest videos?
