My Black Hammer diapered on me!

Made a new character and played Eye of a Gate Lord. Got to the Endless Steps and changed my scope.... and it's gone. No recoil and can see small red dot when hovering over crit spots. Had Fatebringer equipped on primary. Also should note that I didn't shoot any of the transfer gate.
