Catching togetic

Has anyone had success catching togetic? I've encountered 2, 1st ran and am still in the catch screen of the 2nd. Even at 276 cp it's circle is redder than the devil and it's broken out of 60+ razed ultra curved balls half of which are great throws. Tips pkease!
