Voldemort would beat any character in Lord of the Rings or Harry Potter in a 1v1.

Mainly because Voldemort can kill anyone with one curse in a 1v1. Harry only survived because his parents(who were wizardly studs in their own right) combined their powers to save him. And even then he slaughtered his parents and almost came back and killed Harry. James Potter was a beast and Voldemort ran through him like he was a bitch. Dumbledore couldn't take Voldemort 1v1. Hell Dumbledore and Harry combined couldn't take Voldemort in a 2v1. I think prime Darth Vader merks them all though. His force is just too strong for them. He would crush them all into cubes and block any spell they shot at him.
