Weird glide issue

With glide running, every time a start up PoD or join/exit a lobby in game, there's this little black box in the upper left hand corner of my screen that cycles through all the keystrokes on my keyboard before it processes me entering/leaving a lobby or starting the game. It takes a couple seconds and it's super annoying when im trying to go between games super quick. Wondering if anyone else was having the same issue or if anybody knows how to turn it off.
