How to solve this video issue?

Hey guys,

I downloaded PCSX2 1.4.0 from their website to play MGS3 and when I boot it everything runs fine apart from one visual issue which can be clearly seen in the following screenshot: http://imgur.com/a/a9Ner

Is this a problem with my configuration of PCSX2? And if so, how can I fix it?

Thanks a lot in advance, below are my computer specs:

OS: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit

CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6500 CPU @ 3.20GHz (4 CPUs)

GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970

Memory: 16384MB RAM

EDIT: Fixed. After a fair bit of research I managed to get it working if I just boot it through the fast option as opposed to the full option.
