Spilled beer on my GPU. Any tips on how to salvage it?

I knocked my beer from the edge of the table and the contents spilled directly into the holes of my PC tower. I immediately turned off the computer and looked inside to see the damage. All I saw was that there was a build up of liquid sitting on top of my Radeon R9 390X videocard. So I took it out and cleaned it up with a cloth and water to get the beer out and left it to dry overnight. I put the GPU back into the computer and it was working fine for 10 minutes then it automatically shuts off and the video on my monitor goes dead. Since then I have removed the GPU and been letting it sit on my living as I type this. I am lost on what to do and I'm afraid that I ruined the whole card. Is there any way I can salvage this unfortunate situation?
