Question about upcoming HOF DLC Pack.……

I'm an old school fan and I play the hell out of 2k14 on PS3 with my CAW's and the DLC the roster is great. So I'm wondering if the HOF pack's wrestlers will be useable in Universe mode? In 2k14 I have Attitude Era for RAW Is War, and a main show on Tuesdays for Nitro then I use the newer guys that I've come to know on Friday Night SmackDown. Which I want to re-create on PS4 and finally be able to use community creation suite, but if the DLC guys can't be used I guess I'll keep to 2k14 on PS3.
