Unknown Song Question

So I was looking through the Foos section on the BMI Repertoire, as I know some song names from the Saint Cecilia EP had been found there before it was known that it would be released. I came across two song titles I've never heard of or seen discussed as part of any unreleased songs before: "Just" and "Rumors." Just wanted to see if anyone had any more information about these potential new or unheard of songs or if I'm just chasing ghosts. The writers for "Just" are listed as Grohl, Hawkins, Mendel, and Shiflett, while "Rumors" has two names I don't recognize. You can check the BMI Repertoire here.
