Can anyone help me find this adapter?

Hey y'all! I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, so I apologize in advance. I'm in need of finding a part to mod into my build. I need help finding a TF to USB adapter: http://img.dxcdn.com/productimages/sku_101441_3.jpg

Basically I going to be soldering wires onto the connections of the SD card and running them to another spot in the case, while the USB will just go into a USB to 4-pin adapter on my mobo. I need to find THIS adapter. I can't use a regular USB to SD stick as it has a power switch that messes with the wiring I'm doing. I've checked everyone from Newegg to TigerDirect. Not even a single listing on eBay! If anyone can give me a link to where I can buy one that's available, I'd really appreciate it.
