Is there a simple way to automatically load a bookmarklet for every page or X type of page?

Hey guys,

Is there a quick way of automatically loading a bookmarklet? I simply just want to have a bookmarklet of mine automatically load on every page, without me having to mouse click it.

I could maybe make a Python program to mouse click on a specific box / portion of the screen, or maybe a JS script that runs it, but there's probably simpler ways out there. Or maybe a macro would do, but this would still require activation on each page. Any thing you guys know of that could make this task simple and easy?
