With no way of obtaining a guaranteed legendary from adventures and relying solely on RNG for obtaining a useful meta relevant legendary, 9 times out of 10 the legendary you will get will be absolutely useless. You will have to dust it for 400 dust YAY! EXCELLENT! only 1/4 of a way to crafting a useful legendary.
