Need Advice on Budget Gaming PC I'm Planning To Build

I intend to use this PC for Gaming, School Work and Photoshop

I want to play most games on 1080p High Setting, 60 fps

My budget is around $500 (student life is tough)

I plan on buying all the parts on the US

I already have some money saved and my birthday is coming so I might finally be able to build this baby.

I also need a monitor since I have a huge tv (70 inches) on my desk hooked up to my PS4 and it looks awesome but I need to sit far away from it so I need to decide what to do with that issue but if you have and recommendations they are welcomed :)
