i'm buying the game later today, just have some questions

i got this awesome deal for 10$ so i'm buying this, just have a few questions,

how is the player base [PC] queue time?

is there a SEA server? how is the ping? dedicated servers?

all future heroes, maps, mode are free?

will there be anymore new heroes after the 30th?

and finally shiftcodes??

thanks
