CONSTANTLY getting 'waiting for authorisation' whenever i buy packs.... Why?

I'm constantly getting the 'waiting for authorisation' message every time i purchase packs with real money - and seems to constantly bug out for half an hour every single time. It doesn't happen when i purchase packs with gold though...
I've tried the log out and log in back thing, i've tried changing my password, and even redownloading the app - but this bug keeps annoying the heck out of me.
