Is my wifi connection the issue with the free apps?

Hey all, so I realize that the video services like jaunt are extremely blurry and not that great to enjoy considering it is blurry. Littlestar vr seems to have brushed up on that issue. I'm wondering if because I am connected to wifi that those streaming services don't output video to full resolution? Also werewolves within? Buy or wait?
