can you tell me about my MRI? pics inside

im 23 female. 5'2 and 100 lbs. white. history of scoliosis. MRI done for possible ankylosing spondylitis.

i won't see my doc to know results for at least a month and im just curious what it could possibly show. obviously i know nobody can give a formal diagnosis.

i got a lumbar/pelvic MRI today and first i'd like to know what the white spots in my ovaries (guessing?) could be. cysts or just eggs or what? Second, just anything abnormal you notice, because im unsure what the drs are even looking for.
