Update on NWConnections issues from weeks ago- Vendor still seems to be scamming

So I still have not received my package from weeks ago, ordered from NWConnections.

The vendor has sent me correspondence, which I am no longer posting screenshots of due to privacy concerns, over the past two weeks that has contained multiple promises of first a refund, and also after he changed his mind, reships.

I have sent him a privnote, advising him of where to send. He said on Sunday night that he would send it out Monday.

The privnote can still be opened, it was never read. (Edit: I literally just opened and destroyed it, just to be sure. Sent a message with a new one)

I'm not saying the guy is bad or even that he is meaning to do this, even though that is what I think. What I am saying, however, is that NWConnections seems to be a selective scammer, and if he can show up with this finally, I'll take those words back. What I will not take back, however, is that this person does not respond to messages and is not timely with a damn thing. Just information for the community
