Haunting Guise, the perfect component for a new item for AP divers.

Haunting Guise feels great on divers like Dianna, Ekko and Lissandra however Liandre's Torment feels pretty lack-luster resulting in these champions never really building this pretty decent item.

The new item could be a combination of Haunting Guise and Aether Wisp providing something like 200HP, 80AP, 20PEN and 15% tenacity/movespeed.

Could be nice thematically as well, with a similar vibe to titanic/ravenous hydra.
