Is Software Engineer the only path for me?

So I am a college student and recently going to graduate with my degree in Computer Science. I have come to realize that I don't really like coding. The problem is that I am already too far into my degree to change now. I love the idea of creating things and working in groups to make something that can impact the world or change how we do things. But I do not like the coding aspect. I love to lead and direct a group. I decided I wanted to get into the managerial role, specifically be an executive of a tech company or eventually climb up the ladder and be a CTO. Is that possible for someone who has a Computer Science degree? And what path would I take in order to get to that? I definitely do not want to be a programmer for the rest of my life. Not even for more than 7 years after graduating. Has anybody else that programs or studied CS had this problem? What are your thoughts on this? I would appreciate any advice or help you guys can provide me with!
