Coming from r/bloodborne, got a few questions

Hello my fellow souls players, I'm coming from r/bloodborne and am getting dark souls 3 tomorrow (first souls game), my question is, well, I've recently started watching ENB's dark souls 1 playthrough because I can't play it myself and I want a good foundation before starting DS3 and, should I finish watching that before I dive into DS3? The thing is I've got horrible willpower and will probably cave in and start playing anyway. I just need to know if its important that I wait, then hopefully I can stop myself. Also, how important is it to buy DS2 before starting 3 as well? Thanks!
