ZFS or Hardware RAID for 2 Disk Mirror?

Hi! I recently purchased a Dell R210ii with 2 2tb hard drives and a H200 RAID controller. I would like to put the two disks in RAID 1.

My R210 only has 16gb of memory, so it seems like the overhead from ZFS would take a good sized chunk out of that, but I would do it if there was a significant benefit.

I was wondering if there was any real benefit from using ZFS over the hardware RAID for such a simple setup? Would there be any performance or reliability difference between the two?
