HMF My Van Damme Van

Sometime in the early 2000's there was a Jean-Claude Van Damme movie marathon on TV. During the commercial breaks there was this guy who was all psyched up about Van Damme. He would tell facts about him and do nutty stuff. One thing he had was an Astro type van with Jean-Claude airbrushed in all his glory on it. The dude popped in and yelled "This is my Van Damme Van!" I tell people about this all this time but no one has any idea what I'm taking about. I've looked all over with my limited Google skills and just can find anything about it. Does anyone remember this. Can anyone HMF find a clip of the guy yelling "This is my Van Damme Van!"?
