Do your absences increase after six months?

I can't remember what they told us in training all that well. I just remember that we couldn't miss more than three days for the first six months. I hit my sixth month last week and finished my pathways the week before so would my absences increase by now? Feel like shit tonight and don't want to have to go in after getting out of the er like last time.
