New to DMing. Have a question about a player.

So I'm new to DMing, and will be starting my first game in a few weeks with some friends. One of the group usually likes to go against the grain because he knows it might irritate someone, or just generally doesn't care what everybody else thinks. While the other characters are aligned to be at least "True Neutral," he is wanting to be a "Chaotic Evil" necromancer. I don't know how this will affect the game, but it's got me a little worried because I feel like I might need to facilitate his character. However, he may cause A LOT of trouble for the others. I am at a loss. Any advice?
