If CPS is called on an unlicensed daycare, will the parents of the children be notified?

Had to make a call on a client, and unfortunately, my OTHER clients' kid is going there. I've never been in this situation and I'm slightly curious as to how it'll possibly play out.

Edit: Talked to DCS and they stated that they do not inform the daycare parents unless there is something specific to their child going on. Thankfully, my other clients husband was picking up his child from that daycare when DCS arrived, so they immeditely pulled her child out!
