Anyone know what the process is like to trade motorcycles?

I'm looking to do a trade my bike with another person here in Ontario but I was wondering if anyone has any insight as to what the process would be like. I gather that we both need to get UVIP done for our bikes but I'm not sure where to go beyond that and am looking for any resources/help before going forward with the trade.

Update (for anyone interested in trading a bike):

Direct trades still count as sales and will require HST to be paid on the bikes and will still either reflect the wholesale value of the bike listed on the UVIP or the "selling price" of the bike, whichever is higher. In the case of my sale my RZ350 is quite old so there is not wholesale value for this bike so I can write any value and the trader would pay the HST of that whereas since I'm trading for a newer bike I'm stuck paying more in HST.
