"Just give us money" is a terrible solution

I don't even use baconreader anymore, but every time I see a thread pointing out an issue, the response is "buy premium and it won't be a problem." why would someone want to pay for something when the version they use to decide on the purchase isn't supported beyond asking for their money?

It seems most of the issues have to do with the ad system. Instead of telling people to give you money to remove the component causing the problem, wouldn't it make sense to try to fix the issue? Asking for more information and actually attempting to help potential future premium users would make sense, right?

Or maybe it's easy money to force people to buy it if they want to enjoy your app. Which would explain why the response is always the same.

Seeing sketchy practices like this really bothers me, but it might stop if i just buy premium.
