13 Track HID issue

Hey all, Anyone ever have one side (passenger) HID flicker? It happens both randomly and occasionally when hitting a bump in the road. Sometimes it goes completely out for a split second, but mostly it just flashes dimmer and back to normal brightness.

I can't really seem to find information about this, as all my searches lead me to tip about how converted HID get this issue but the Track model comes with the xenon bulbs.

I'm worried I need to replace a ballast?
