Girl not answering about going out

Long story short. I asked her out but she never said yes or no. About a day later I just said hey how is your day going. Just something to see what is up. She told me she was sick and in the waiting room at the doctor. I texted her at 7:30 pm though. I call BS. i dont know what to do
