Puni Puni Players? Also Whisper Event?

Looking to befriend Puni Players (I just started so can only befriend 10). I play Puni as frequently as I play Wibble Wobble so I can give spirit back daily. Looking for mission/star/menu translations for Puni but not finding much tbh.

Also, does anyone have translations for the Whisper event? It seems straight forward but there's a menu and not sure what to do with it (when in the event there's a button with Whisper's face on it when not in chance to fight him).
