Wanting to know entry requirements for telecommunications or cloud computing

Right now, I just recently graduated with a AS in computer networking, but wanted to get a job in either telecommunications or cloud computing. I have no experience to put on a resume at all. I was wondering what the minimum requirements for getting into these fields would be. What should I be working towards to get into a job in these fields? I was thinking about studying for the Security+ certificate, but I want to make sure this is a good choice.

Slightly off-topic question. What would be what would be the entry job titles for these careers? Mostly what should I look for when applying for jobs like these.
