Hello, r/popheads! I've been stewing over this idea for a few days now, and I think I've gotten everything smoothed out to finally introduce it to you guys.

So, we all love pop music and follow the big stars, but each of us also have our own little pockets of music that is special to us. Well, this game is to show that off! Here's how it works.

Members will PM me a song that they personally love that they feel most people wouldn't know. Once we reach 20 songs, I'll compile them into a single video where a clip of each song will appear, but with no title or artist name. Users will then be asked to rank the tracks in order of how much they liked them. The game ends with a reveal of the songs in ranked order, worst to best, along with the song title and artist.

If this is something you guys seem engaged in and want to do, then PM me a song! Once we reach 20 songs, submissions will be closed.

Here's a few guidelines of the submissions:

-Avoid popular artists. Songs by Lady Gaga, Britney Spears, and the likes are probably not worthy of being in this game, since many of us pop heads know a lot of their material. But, if you believe you found a song by a popular artist most people wouldn't know, then by all means, go ahead and submit it!

-Avoid singles as these are likely to be more well known.

-Avoid hits. That just takes out the fun of the game. In fact, if you send me a hit, I'll probably won't accept it. Sorry!

If this game is a success, I'd love to continue hosting and put spins on each round, such as themes.
