Yet another fps problem post...

Sorry guys, but I need help. Two days ago I had 150 fps easy. Now I have 1-2 no joke, but only on multiplayer. What have I done? I think it's the NVIDIA GeForce Experience screwing with optimization, despite it saying it hasn't touched the game. How can I make that hellspawn go away? Currently reinstalling the game, but I'm assuming early nothing will change.
