Problem Changing Modes!

It's not a problem in that I can't change modes, it's that I can't get it stop.

Recently I got an Inductrix, and spent no time getting a AiO camera on there (officially making it a tiny whoop!) and binding it with an old LP5DSM transmitter I had lying around. Works beautifully, the problem is, for some reason, it switches between angle and acro mode on the throttle? Once I pass around 50% throttle and throttle back, I go between modes. Slight problem when flying FPV. Is this a problem with the transmitter and is there anything I can do to stop it short of getting a new transmitter?

EDIT: Tried it with a DX5e and similar problem, modes change randomly. Pls help.
