The game choices though.. why?

I still like the grumps. The show is lazy, the episodes are too short and they stick to the stupid 10 minute mark with irritating stubbornness, they progress extremely slowly, Arin misses things sometimes that are so obvious it hurts, and they're really bad at most of the games they play. But I still like them.

The only reason I stopped watching recently is because they insist on playing really obscure and shitty games. I liked watching the grumps play through Dark Souls or Ocarina regardless of how terrible they were at those games. I loved Shadow of the Colossus and Wind Waker, I generally enjoy any time they play a game that is widely regarded as a good game. But Mario time machine or mini golf or some crappy cdi Zelda game is not fun to watch (even Paper Mario is crappy IMO, I get this one isn't as bad as the others and that plenty like it ).

They are first and foremost a let's play channel, meaning the game is the first focus, and I think they're forgetting that, or they don't care or think it's funny or whatever.

I'm sure there's an audience for these games but right now it's all they're putting out, there hasn't been gameplay for a good game in a while. Sure it's subjective what makes a good game but I'm sure most of us can agree the stuff they're playing now is pretty bad, with maybe a couple exceptions. I wanted them to continue Last Guardian or Resident Evil and instead they started several series of games I'm wagering most people have never heard of. That's the only beef I have with the grumps right now that's bad enough to stop my watching.
