How to convince friend not to drop out !

Hey guys my friend is thinking of dropping out of the IB program, and I really want him to stay! I mean Jesus Ilwe are in the 9th grade(myp program) and he wants to drop out the IB program has not even f****** started yet and he wants to drop out. I don't know what to tell him appreciate the help :)
