EA Hacked again?

It seems EA has another backdoor for password reset. I just got an email stating my password has been reset. After resetting it again and actually receiving the confirmation email, I logged my account thankfully no payment info was saved, however upon attempting to turning on login verification I was greeted with a Russian security question I never set up. Can anyone decypher the question?
