Beth Pearson appreciation post

I know she wasn't in the last episode too much, but seriously, this woman is amazing. She's so grounded, and lord knows how many of Randall's breakdowns she's helped him out with. She's great with William, while still being (understandably) cautious when he first comes to live with them. Besdies, she has some of the best one-liners on the show. Woman is Bad. Ass.
